01. Who we are

DELIVERY PRIME GGSB LLC is the operator of GEM GO and the contact for privacy questions about information we handle.

02. Visiting this website

This informational website is static. It contains no scripts, analytics tools, or cookies of its own. This does not mean that visiting it generates no data: the hosting provider may receive and log request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, request time, and error or security events to deliver and protect the site.

Links to app stores and other websites take you to separately operated services. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them. An email link opens your email application; it does not submit a form or send a message automatically.

03. Local game progress

The HTML5 game stores progress and settings locally on your device. This game implementation has no account system or game backend. Local saves are distinct from website cookies and are not an online account or a cloud backup.

You can remove browser-based saves by clearing the game's site data in your browser settings. For an installed Android app, device settings may offer a clear-storage option. These actions can permanently erase progress and settings; browser or device backups may be managed separately. Removing local saves does not automatically remove support emails or information held by third-party services.

04. Android app & third-party services

The existing Android privacy disclosures identify Google Play Services, AppsFlyer, and Facebook as third-party services, and identify Google Advertising ID, Account ID, and device attributes and identifiers as information that may be collected or processed to provide and improve the service. These disclosures are retained here; they are not replaced by a claim that the app collects no data.

The Android wrapper and its SDK configuration were not available for the review underlying this page. The local HTML5 implementation alone cannot establish which SDKs, permissions, identifiers, or network requests are present in a distributed Android build. References to an Account ID in the Android disclosures do not mean that the local game has an account feature.

The existing disclosures also describe error and diagnostic log data collected through third-party products, potentially including IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, time and date of use, and other statistics. App libraries may use cookies or similar technologies, even though this informational website does not.

Device and provider settings may offer advertising, tracking, or cookie controls. Their availability and effect depend on the service and device. They do not necessarily delete information already retained by a provider.

05. Support, use & sharing

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, investigate issues, handle privacy requests, and maintain relevant support records. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, email, diagnostics, and the app services described above. Where providers act on our behalf, access should be limited to their assigned tasks and appropriate confidentiality obligations. Providers may also process information under their own policies. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect lawful rights and security. Provider processing may occur in countries other than your own; applicable safeguards and legal requirements must be observed.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, handling information must rest on an appropriate basis, such as responding to your requested service, a legitimate interest in support and security, a legal obligation, or consent where required. Publishing this policy does not itself obtain consent for optional tracking.

06. Retention & security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, including resolving support requests, meeting applicable legal obligations, and addressing disputes. The appropriate duration depends on the information and circumstances; this policy does not promise a fixed retention period. Hosting, email, and app providers may apply their own retention practices.

We seek to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Local game data remains subject to your device's security, storage settings, and backup arrangements.

07. Your choices & privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to your local data protection authority. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing.

Send access or deletion requests to backerira0@gmail.com with the subject “GEM GO privacy request.” Describe the request and the email address or other relevant information needed to locate your records. We may request proportionate verification and will respond within the time required by applicable law. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate process.

There is no local-game account to close. Clear local saves as explained above. For information controlled independently by a third-party provider, you may also need to use that provider's privacy tools; contact us if you need help identifying the relevant route.

08. Children's privacy

GEM GO is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate deletion or other protective action. Additional age-related protections may apply under local law. This statement is not an app-store age-rating certification.

09. Updates & contact

We may revise this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date will appear here. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent for material changes.
