01. An adventure, not a wager

GEM GO is a free-to-play entertainment game. Its gems, coins, rewards, and progress are virtual game elements only. There are no monetary stakes, cash prizes, or cash-out functionality. Virtual balances have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money or real-world prizes through GEM GO. Gameplay does not offer an opportunity to earn income.

The current HTML5 game has local saves and no account system or game backend. This informational website is not a payment service or an account portal.

02. Eligibility & responsible use

The service is not directed to children under 13. You must also meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law. If you are not legally able to enter into these terms independently, a parent or guardian must review and authorize your use where permitted by law. A store's displayed age rating is separate from these eligibility conditions.

Use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, distribute malicious code, impersonate others in support communications, or use the service to infringe someone else's rights.

03. Permission to play & intellectual property

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the game for non-commercial entertainment. The game and its branding, artwork, software, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Relevant rights remain with DELIVERY PRIME GGSB LLC or the respective rights holders.

Do not redistribute, sell, modify, or make derivative versions of protected content without permission. Restrictions on copying, reverse engineering, or similar activities apply only to the extent permitted by law; they do not restrict an activity that applicable law expressly permits.

04. Your device & saved progress

The HTML5 game's progress and settings are stored locally. Clearing browser site data or app storage, changing devices, or removing the game may erase them. Device or browser backups are managed separately. There is no game account or game-backend recovery service for these local saves.

Keep your device secure and check storage and backup settings before removing data. Rooted, modified, or unsupported systems may affect security and compatibility. Some distribution or third-party features may need an internet connection; your mobile provider's normal data and roaming charges may apply. Obtain the bill payer's permission where needed.

05. Android distribution & third parties

The existing Android disclosures identify Google Play Services, AppsFlyer, and Facebook. Their applicable terms and privacy policies may govern their services independently:

The Android wrapper and SDK configuration were not available for the review underlying these pages. The HTML5 game alone does not verify a distributed app's integrations or data collection. See the Android privacy disclosures for the retained information categories and this limitation.

App stores, external websites, and device platforms have their own terms. Linking to them does not make them part of this website or guarantee their availability.

06. Updates, availability & changes

We may improve or change the game and publish updates. Compatibility can vary by device and operating system. You can choose whether to install an update, subject to your device or store settings; an older version may eventually lose compatibility or support. These terms do not require you to accept every update.

If we introduce paid features in the future, their price and applicable terms will be disclosed before any purchase, and any required agreement will be obtained. These terms do not authorize an undisclosed charge or change virtual rewards into cash prizes.

We may suspend affected functionality to address security issues, unlawful use, or a material breach, and may discontinue the service. Where reasonably practicable and legally required, we will provide appropriate notice. Any suspension or discontinuation remains subject to your statutory rights and available remedies. You may stop using the game at any time.

07. Service standards & your rights

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device. Please contact us if a problem occurs so we can assess it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, guarantees, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes applicable consumer protections and liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or injury where the law prohibits a limitation. Any description of service limitations is subject to those protections, not a blanket waiver of liability.

These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive rights to bring a claim before a court or contact a consumer authority. Applicable mandatory consumer laws remain available to you.

08. Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be posted here with their effective date. For material changes, we will provide any additional notice and obtain any agreement required by applicable law. Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen or apply retroactively where prohibited. If you do not accept new terms, you can stop using the service without losing any nonwaivable rights.
